  • 1992
    Özerplast was established in İzmir by the ÖZER family. It initially started its operations by producing unprinted polyethylene packaging.
  • 2005
    The company relocated to its new modern production facilities with an area of 5,500 m² in the Kemalpaşa Organized Industrial Zone. It was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate by TNO CERTIFICATION. It is the first company in its sector in Turkey to receive the ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System Certificate.
  • 2006
    With major investments in 8-color flexographic printing, solvent-free lamination, and slitting machines, the company entered the flexible packaging sector.
  • 2008
    Within the scope of product range expansion and growth strategies, investments were made in a 3-layer co-extrusion line and a new 8-color flexographic printing machine. The company was awarded BRC:IOP certification by DNV.
  • 2010
    An investment has been made in new wicket bag cutting machines.
  • 2012
    A new extruder line has been commissioned due to the increase in capacity.
  • 2014
    An investment has been made in a state-of-the-art, high-tech 10-color flexographic printing machine.
  • 2018
    A state-of-the-art 10-color flexographic printing machine from Windmöller & Hölscher was added to our production facilities.
  • 2020
    Production capacity was increased with the commissioning of a second factory equipped with a 5-layer extruder line.
  • 2023
    A combi lamination machine was added to our production facilities.
  • 2026
    A state-of-the-art SOMA flexographic printing machine was commissioned.
